Ukulele is a great place to start making music! This 45-minute parent-and-child class introduces the ukulele through hands-on exploration, playful songs, and steady repetition. Children and their parents learn to find their way around the fretboard together, keep a beat, and read their first notes. Parents learn how to support practice at home - and in the process learn how to play themselves! We'll work on playing songs both as a group and independently, building toward a fun and casual performance for family and friends at the end of the term.
