Join Our Board
The Penticton Academy of Music Society (PAMS) is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are elected by its members to ensure the Academy can effectively carry out its mission.
We're inviting applications from individuals interested in contributing their professional, leadership, and creative skills to help us expand our impact in the community.
What's Involved
When you join our Board, you become part of a vibrant team of volunteers committed to helping members of our community access the lifelong benefits of a music and dramatic arts education. You will:

Board members:

Attend monthly board meetings either online or in person at our school in Leir House

Serve as a member of a Committee, such as finance, bursary, and fundraising

Board member commitment is a two-year term, with a maximum of five years.
To complement the existing the Board of Directors' backgrounds, the Board is looking for leadership representation in the following areas:
