Calling All Young Artists

This holiday season, we’re spreading joy through music and art!

The Penticton Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, together with the Penticton Arts Council and the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen, is creating a collection of holiday cards featuring artwork by our students. These special cards will be sent to community supporters and friends across the region, sharing the creativity and spirit of our young artists.

We’re inviting all students to pick up their pencil crayons, markers, or paintbrushes and draw something musical and seasonal — think instruments dressed for winter, carolers in the snow, or joyful holiday notes dancing through the air!

Selected designs will be featured on this year’s cards, and each chosen artist will receive a copy of their printed card.

📅 Deadline for submissions: October 25, 2025

📍 Where to drop off your artwork: PAMDA office on the 2nd Floor

🖍️ Guidelines: Drawings should be on 8.5” x 11” paper (landscape or portrait). Use bright colours and bold outlines for the best print results.
