Group Classes Are Back This Fall!

We’re excited to announce a new season of group programs at the Penticton Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts! Whether your child is just starting their musical journey, wants to sing with friends, or is ready to try something new, there’s a class for them.

Beginner Guitar for Kids (Ages 7–12) Sept 15 – Oct 6 | Learn chords, strumming, rhythm, and fun songs in just 4 weeks. More info here.

Build-a-Band (Ages 10–17, current private lesson students) Sept 17 - Dec 10 | Collaborate with peers, learn band etiquette, and create a performance repertoire under the guidance of two professional musicians. More info here.

Drama Class (Ages 9–12) Oct 24 - Dec 12 Explore improvisation, role play, monologues, and ensemble performance in this 90-minute weekly class. More info here.

Friday Fiddle & Fun (Ages 11–15) Sept 19 – Dec 12 | For violinists at Suzuki Minuet 1 level and up. Strengthen sight reading and ear training while learning fiddle tunes, festive music, and more—plus chances to perform! More info here. 

Group Voice (Ages 8–12) Sept 22 - Dec 15 Build confidence through warm-ups, singing techniques, diction, and improvisation while working together on a group song. More info here.
