Remembering Dianne Schafer and Jerome Abraham

We lost two dear members of our PAMDA community recently. 

Dianne Schafer had a profound impact on music in our community as one of the founding members of the PAMDA String Orchestra. She was passionate about music and very generously shared her wisdom and encouragement with her fellow orchestra members. Dianne’s warmth, kindness, and sense of humour will linger in Leir House for many years to come.

Jerome Abraham was known to many in Penticton for his amazing work as Executive Director of Discovery House. Here at PAMDA, we knew him best as Leif’s Dad, who accompanied his son to lessons and recitals, sitting proudly in the audience and cheering loudly. 

We will miss both Dianne and Jerome very much and we send our deepest condolences to their families.
